But we have to charge an extra for this service !

Customs/Import Duties
If your delivery address is outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Buyateddy will supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and a valuation of the parcel's contents.

Non-Delivery, Shortage or Damaged Goods
Please Notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods of any Damage to your order. If your order has not been delivered after your given delivery time has elapsed, please contact us and we can track or investigate the nature of your enquiry.

Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods.

Refunds and Returns
We will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty product or be unsatisfied with a product within 7 days of receiving your order on the following conditions:
If any product in your order proves to be faulty, please contact us quoting your Original Order Number. You can call or email us at info@buyateddy.co.uk . We will try to resolve the situation swiftly and professionally. If a product is found to be faulty we will replace your product at no extra charge or offer a full refund. For faulty products we will refund the Full amount including returning postage costs. You will be responsible for the returning the faulty product to us. Please use a postal service that offers tracking ie Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service. Please return to the address below in the original packaging and with all tags attached. On receipt of the returned product we will issue a Full refund if the item(s) are deemed to be faulty.
Exceptions- Faulty Goods caused by wear and tear, your accident, neglect or misuse.
Spelling mistakes and grammatical errors submitted by purchaser for Personalisation. (We embroider EXACTLY what you request so please check carefully before placing your order)
All products returned must be in the original packaging and the label tags still attached.

Product Specifications and Safety
Due to differing monitor/screen settings exact fabric shades may vary from the displayed images. All product dimensions are approximate and are for general guidance only. All goods are New and are packaged according to BS Safety Guidelines. Please dispose of all packaging materials safely and carefully. Please recycle where possible. All materials used conform to EN71 Toy Safety Standards. Bears that are suitable for babies will clearly marked on the label attached to the teddy, All our other bears are not suitable for children under the age of 36 months due to choking hazard.
Please check the description when choosing your teddy or soft toy.

We are not responsible for Any mistakes made on grammer of Names, requested Personalisation etc when given by you. We will however confirm 'obvious mistakes' with the buyer prior to Production. The website cannot stop you from including unacceptable text in your order. Buyateddy reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you and to edit/omit artwork/text or to contact you for alternative artwork/text as it deems appropriate if any artwork/text appears to buyateddy to be offensive or unacceptable or detrimental to our reputation or that of its business partners.

Cancellations
By Clicking the "PAY" Button You are stating that you Agree with Our Terms and Conditions and agree to Pay the Total Amount of Your Order. Due to the Customised/Personalised of our Products , We are unable to cancel an order once production has commenced. Your order is processed on a daily basis and we despatch within 24 hours.

Communication
You agree that e-mail will be used as the standard means of communication. If your order is accepted, we will be sent an email confirmation with details of your Order. This confirmation e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your Order. Buyateddy does NOT store any credit card information. Your Credit Card information is passed securely using our Secure Server to Paypal or hsbc who process your Payment on our behalf. We may at anytime contact you via email to clarify and/or verify particular aspects of your order. We will not send you un-solicited emails(SPAM). We will however notify you of promotions newsletters and other relevant information regarding Buyateddy only with your prior consent. Buyateddy uses Paypal & hsbc for online credit and debit clearing. You undertake that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order. Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Liability
Buyateddy tries to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is true and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. Buyateddy does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties. Buyateddy does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. Buyateddy will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

Law
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
